Sue joined the USA IBC in 1980, and she has served as executive director of the organization since 1986. Sue directs and oversees all operations of the USA IBC, develops the USA IBC budget and is the official spokesperson of the organization. She also supervises office staff, determines volunteer committee needs and represents the USA IBC Board of Directors at sanctioned competitions and international dance meetings around the world. Sue is a former dancer and dance teacher. She taught at the Jackson Ballet under the direction of Thalia Mara and operated her own dance school for 13 years.

Kitty is responsible for fundraising activities and nurturing community relations and partners for the USA IBC. She also works with the Friends of the USA IBC, a volunteer support group.  She holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in English from the University of Mississippi and is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).  Kitty comes to the USA IBC with an extensive background in nonprofit and political fundraising, corporate and government communications, public and media relations, and nonprofit management.  She is active in Mississippi’s nonprofit community and serves on several boards, including serving as VP of Membership for the board of the Mississippi Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP-MS).

Brenda is responsible for planning and execution of all marketing communications, advertising, and public relations to help USA IBC meet its goals. She has served as a creative director, copywriter, and producer with Godwin Group, Jackson and Biloxi, and Communication Arts Company, Jackson. She also worked as an independent marketing communications consultant, providing strategic brand development, creative and production services for clients around the state. A Hattiesburg native and Jackson resident, she is an honors graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s in journalism. She received the 2000 Silver Medal from the American Advertising Federation-Jackson, the highest award given for creative contributions within advertising. She is a former president of AAF-Jackson.

Mandy is responsible for the office facilities, logistical operations, financial recordkeeping, commemorative merchandise sales, and the International Ballet Association’s efforts. Mandy joined the IBC staff in September 2009 as box office manager and returned in January 2012 for her current role. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Mississippi in 2007 and worked as an auditor at a highly respected accounting firm headquartered in Jackson prior to joining the USA IBC.

Hannah acts as a liaison between the IBC, competitors and coaches leading up to and during the competition. She reviews competitor applications and organizes the review process for the selection committee. Additionally, she is responsible for researching, developing and executing a variety of ancillary events surrounding the competition. The Artistic Administrator also oversees many of the artistic considerations through the competition, including assisting in the planning and staging of the competitions opening ceremonies, galas and three rounds of the competition. Hannah served the IBC as the Assistant Artistic Administrator in 2010. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and a Minor in Business Administration.
