Sue joined the USA IBC in 1980, and she has served as executive director of the organization since 1986. Sue directs and oversees all operations of the USA IBC, develops the USA IBC budget and is the official spokesperson of the organization. She also supervises office staff, determines volunteer committee needs and represents the USA IBC Board of Directors at sanctioned competitions and international dance meetings around the world. Sue is a former dancer and dance teacher. She taught at the Jackson Ballet under the direction of Thalia Mara and operated her own dance school for 13 years.

Chantel is responsible for media relations, web content management and advertising at the USA IBC. She writes and disseminates press releases, authors copy for publications and serves as a general editor and copywriter for the organization. In addition, she is responsible for the production of the IBC Pointes newsletter, the event’s commemorative program and all other printed pieces regarding the USA IBC. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University’s Communication Department with emphasis in Public Relations. She is a member of the Public Relations Association of Mississippi and has served on the local and state board of directors along with membership in the Southern Public Relations Federation. She was named Practitioner of the Year by her PRAM Central Chapter in 2010.

Mandy is responsible for the office facilities, logistical operations, financial recordkeeping, commemorative merchandise sales, and the International Ballet Association’s efforts. Mandy joined the IBC staff in September 2009 as box office manager and returned in January 2012 for her current role. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Mississippi in 2007 and worked as an auditor at a highly respected accounting firm headquartered in Jackson prior to joining the USA IBC.

Hannah acts as a liaison between the IBC, competitors and coaches leading up to and during the competition. She reviews competitor applications and organizes the review process for the selection committee. Additionally, she is responsible for researching, developing and executing a variety of ancillary events surrounding the competition. The Artistic Administrator also oversees many of the artistic considerations through the competition, including assisting in the planning and staging of the competitions opening ceremonies, galas and three rounds of the competition. Hannah served the IBC as the Assistant Artistic Administrator in 2010. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and a Minor in Business Administration.
