This committee is responsible for the set up, clean up and decorative display of each individual event.

- 2010 USA IBC Artists Exhibit: set up, clean up, decoration of Thalia Mara Hall Mezzanine with food, beverage and flowers. Invitations will need to be labeled and mailed. There will be artist exhibits for Lois Greenfield and Brent Funderburk showing throughout the month of June. Volunteers are needed to help set up, frame, hang, and take down artwork for the shows.
- Lunch with the IBC: sit at welcome desk with registration book and direct guests to dining area.- Philadanco!: provide and set up the necessary food backstage during performance. Backstage experience is necessary.- Philadanco! Demo:- Regional Dance America Performance at Belhaven University – ushers for the 2 PM performance.
