Program: USA IBC International Dance School 2023
The USA IBC is committed to developing future artists and educating the public about dance. During each quadrennial competition, advanced and intermediate-level dancers ages 12 and up attend the USA IBC International Dance School. The Arts and Lecture series held during the competition features interesting topics presented by major dance dignitaries from around the globe. Ticket buyers have the opportunity to view daily competitor and dance school classes and visiting dance instructors attend the teacher training program to sharpen their skills.
Attending the USA International Ballet Competition is the very best way to become a balletomane or ballet enthusiast. In between competitions, the USA IBC encourages the study of dance and creates better understanding of the art form through its programs for children and adults. Ongoing ballet instruction for Jackson public school students and presentations that demystify classical ballet repertoire are offered. The USA IBC also presents world-class dance through its Reunion Gala performances and partnerships with other presenting organizations.
