Thank you for your interest in partnering with the USA International Ballet Competition to bring more opportunities to the elite artists that participate in the competition. Company Corner is an opportunity to view competitor classes and round III performances, ending with scheduled interviews with select competitors.
About the USA IBC
The USA International Ballet Competition is an “Olympic-style” competition, held every 4 years since 1979. The 12th USA IBC will be held June 10-24, 2023, which was delayed one year due to the pandemic. Talented dancers from around the globe compete for medals, cash prizes, and scholarships. The competition can be a springboard for a dancer’s career. Esteemed alumni include, Nina Ananiashvili, Jose Manuel Carreno, Daniil Simkin, Brooklyn Mack, Shiro Kase, and Misa Kuranaga. ***To assist with the audition process, dancers will wear their competitor numbers throughout audition classes. In addition, you will be given a program to help identify the competitors.

Contracts & Scholarships
Company representatives will have the opportunity to meet with competitors during Company Corner, held Thursday, June 22, 2023. Scheduled interviews will be approx. 15 minutes each. The interviews will be scheduled based on a matching system.
Following the competitor meetings, companies will provide a list of contracts and scholarships that will be announced at the USA IBC Award’s Gala on June 23, 2023.

Discounted hotel rates are available at The Westin Jackson just steps from Thalia Mara Hall and the Jackson Convention Center where all Company Corner events are held.

Transportation
Transportation to and from the airport, and competition-related events will be provided by the USA IBC transportation team.
