Party on the Plaza
Join us in June for the first-ever Party on the Plaza, in conjunction with the 2018 USA International Ballet Competition. Party on the Plaza invites local food vendors, bands, performing artists, dance groups, visual artists, and artisans to join us for a market-style event that will take place for two hours prior to evening performances on four separate dates.
Party on the Plaza will be located in the space adjacent to the Mississippi Art Center and will be open to the public from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on June 12, 16, 19, and 21. Participants may arrive to set up as early as 3:00 PM on these dates.
Please submit your application to Samantha King, USA IBC Administrative Assistant, at sking@usaibc.com no later than May 11, 2018. Participants will be selected by a committee and will be invited to take part in the Party on the Plaza for one night only.
Please note there will be no booth fee to participate. Supplies (tables, tent, power, etc.) will not be provided. Participants must provide all materials needed for set up. USA IBC will not collect revenue from this event. It will be the participant’s responsibility to report individual income for tax purposes.
